Please contact us at (212) 744-4753 or email us at info@vickimorav.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange. All returns and exchanges must be processed within 15 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

Return postage costs are at your expense unless your items are faulty or incorrect. If this is the case, please reach out to Vicki Morav Customer Care at  info@vickimorav.com prior to sending your item(s) back to us so we can assist you.

Refund

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you the status of your refund. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
